Hi—I’m John Kramer. I started New Horizons Flooring in 1997 after watching too many contractors overpromise and disappear. We built this company to do the opposite: show up, do clean work, and leave you with floors you’re proud to live on.
We’re a small, family-owned business. One job at a time. We call before we arrive, and clean at the end of each day. We’re bonded and insured. Our workmanship is backed for a full year. On projects under $12,000, you don’t pay a dime until the work is done. Simple, fair, and in writing.
